Your lakefront back yard features a outdoor dining table , outdoor furniture , Firepit and a 4 person hot tub located amid peaceful oak trees and a waterfront view. The master bedroom is appointed with a deluxe king size bed with Tempur-Pedic topper for a restful sleep. Guests will sleep well in the bedroom with two queen beds. The kids love the bunk room with four queen beds and every room has their own TV! For fun, the boathouse has kayaks and stand up paddle board. The private dock also extends along the sandy lake bank so you can swim in or relax in the sun on lounge chairs or floating swim pad . Contact the host for any questions !

The lake water level may fluctuate and be lower than the photos depending on rainfall. However there is still water access to the lake. Launch your boat at the public ramp just 1 mile away.

The Kokomo Lakehouse has private waterfront access to swim and kayak in Breckenridge's Hubbard Creek lake near Village Inn. The best way to explore Lake Hubbard is on the water with the included Hobie 2 person Kayak, two single person kayaks, SUP, and rent the SkiDoo. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and PWC and launch at the public dock; they can choose to beach their watercraft on the property lake bank or tie up at the dock. . The depth of Hubbard Creek is up to 60’ deep at the deepest point and miles across. It is popular for fishing tournaments. The water level is currently low right now so access to the lake is from the shore next to the dock. The lake water level is currently below the pillars of the dock so the dock cannot be used right now.
